15 Healthy Snacks for Kids by registered Dietitian – what do you think?

As this page has done a lot on childhood obesity, meal replacement shakes for children (eek), portion sizes etc over the last couple of days.
I thought it would be good having discussed some of the issues to become more positive and come up with some definite ideas for clients.
The ones I am posting below come from a REGISTERED DIETITIAN’S blog…some of them make it apparent she is American.
I am interested in what you think.

****Are there any they you would CHANGE?****
****What would you SUGGEST in their place?****

Snack Ideas for Children

1. Peel a banana, dip it in yogurt, roll it in crushed cereal & freeze.
2. Spread celery sticks with peanut butter or low-fat cheese, top with raisins.
3. Stuff whole grain pitta bread with ricotta cheese & apple slices.
4. Mix cereal with dried fruit in a small bag as an on-the-go snack.
5. Smear scoop of ice cream on 2 golden grahams, add sliced banana & make a yummy sandwich.
6. Top low-fat vanilla yogurt with crunch granola & srinkle with blueberries.
7. Microwave a small potato, top with fat-reduced cheese & salsa.
8. Skewer cubes of low fat cheese & grapes on pretzel sticks.
9. Toast whole grain waffle, top with low fat yogurt & sliced peaches.
10. Spread peanut butter on apple slices.
11. Blend low-fat milk, frozen strawberries & banana to make a smoothie.

And her bonus dip section includes...
